Help Parents Go Back Forward to Work

Employers must understand the complexity of bringing parents and caregivers into the new reality of work. And families need a plan.

Parents and employers all want to know what's next.

Whether it includes staying at home longer or returning to an office, rotating shifts or finding new space, one thing is clear: We cannot go "back" to the system we had, which was not working for working parents.

This free webinar shows you how to move forward, offering actionable strategies and tips to ease the worries--and harness the talent--of working mothers and fathers to keep your company moving.

We Can’t Go Back

Working families were isolated and frazzled and overwhelmed before the pandemic began. Child care was expensive and help was often out of reach.

Then, the "villages" of support some parents had cobbled together were suddenly too risky, and almost all families were thrust into remote working and online learning without any support.

Without help, parents cannot work. In fact, 14% of working mothers and 11% of working fathers have considered not returning to their jobs until schools and child cares are back in operation, which some experts say could be 2021.

Employers have many scenarios to consider, from technology to coronavirus testing. But the number one concern of workers is finding a solution for caregiving struggles.

There IS a way to bring parents and caregivers "forward" toward a new way of working together.

In our webinar, we review the best practices for helping families keep moving toward a new normal that connects work and home life in new ways.
